Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble viewing the Getfiles website, you may need to consider installing Internet Explorer version 6 or greater onto your PC. along with Adobe Flash Player addon for Internet Explorer and Adobe Shockwave enable. 

If for some reason, your download fails to start, acknowledge the security setting and click on the 'Download File...' at the top of your Explorer screen. See image below
